Executing a large project with efficiency starts with being prepared. Staffing and bringing in materials for any large project is paramount in the ability to equip yourself and subs with the specific items call for by the work orders.

While we have an amazing and loyal staff, larger projects call for additional help. Bigfoot has an extensive data base and network of skilled subcontractors for any task. During large disaster recovery events Bigfoot also provides jobs to local men and women looking for temporary positions assisting the community's recovery.
Developing Back Office Systems
Every project is different, and Bigfoot has the ability to mold its data collection and back office operations to any given project. Back office systems or (BOS) is one of the most important factors that combines everything together from communication, quality control, scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. We continually update our BOS to meet the requirements of each project.
